 The South Central
Iowa Home Builders Association was organized in 2003 for
the purpose of promoting and advancing the home building
and related industries in our area.
|
By
meeting together, sharing ideas, and mobilizing efforts for
the best interests of the home building and related
industries, our HBA helps to contribute to the economic growth
of the industry and to each of our members. Membership in the
SCIHBA also includes membership in the Home Builders of Iowa
and National Association of Home Builders. |

If
you decide to trust your next building project to one, or
several of our members, there are several things you can count
on.
First, all of our members are
local people. So you can count on them to know local codes,
requirements, and conditions. This means they will be there to
guide you through the project, and help you make critical
decisions, in a timely manner, and keep your project moving to
completion.
Second, all our members meet
state and local requirements. That means licensing, liability
insurance, and workman's comp. issues are never a problem for
you.
Third, our members have the
training, certifications, and experience, that you expect,
when you work with our professionals.
So, count on
us, to get the job done.
